OSPA

The Operations Security Professional's Association (OSPA) is a tax exempt Non-profit organization dedicated to improving awareness of Operations Security procedures, as well as building cohesion amongst the OPSEC community. OSPA members work together towards creating and sharing information on a wide range of subjects, such as information security, OPSEC briefings, Security Briefings, OPSEC program management and more.

OSPA recognizes that OPSEC has a role in every mission or livelihood, and encourages a collaborative structure across the public and private sectors, as well as equipping individuals to integrate OPSEC into their daily lives. In particular, the Association partners with government, law enforcement, communities, academia and other entities to provide relevant, accurate and timely information and resources.

OPSEC help OSPA Members are some of the most highly trained and recognized professionals in the OPSEC profession, with experiences that include DOD and Corporate OPSEC, as well as law enforcement, community watch programs and more. Many of these members volunteer to assist others as Subject Matter Experts, and make themselves available to answer questions and assist in OPSEC Program Development and other aspects, such as vulnerabilities and indicators.
SME list
OPSEC Training OSPA continues to release courses at the OSPA OPSEC Academy. Several courses are now available for review and attendance. Each course is written by world-class subject matter experts, and made available to the IOSS for oversight and verification. Completion of any course will give the student a certificate and access to their individual transcript. Best of all, it's free! Advanced OPSEC Training online courses are being developed for current OSPA members.
